Joseph Parfrement Parkes

Joseph joined Red Herring as an actor back in 2012. His exemplary organisational skills meant he quickly became lead actor at events and began working directly with clients with great success.

As Red Herring grew, we were exceptionally pleased when Joseph agreed to join the office team full time and become an event manager and then as Director of Events, successfully helping our clients exceed their expectations.

Joseph has organised hundreds of events around the globe and recently got the chance to create the perfect event for a client on an Egyptian Nile cruise, flying out to host it himself!

Joseph is passionate about working with our clients to understand their outcomes and create unique and bespoke packages that are tailored to their needs. He has worked with some of the largest companies in the world, utilising his extensive experience in handling large scale events, to ensure our clients are always happy with our services.

Joseph has the mammoth task of organising our regular public events, which have become increasingly popular with our worldwide fan base.

Kieran Richardson

Kieran is the newest member of the Red Herring Events team and joined us in September 2022 after obtaining his bachelor's degree in computer science. He also has a professional background that complements customer service and client interaction, meaning that he has settled into the event manager role exceptionally well!

Since joining, he has been a part of numerous larger scale projects, and excels at prioritising tasks and ensuring a service is delivered that exceeds clients' expectations.

Kieran also has a great eye for the bigger picture; since he began working for Red Herring Events, he has enjoyed working with clients to create immersive experiences that go beyond the client's initial expectations.

Aside from organising events, Kieran is also passionate about enhancing our IT systems to improve the experiences clients get when booking with us.
